Nice hour long session at Lancing. I was on a 5m at lunchtime but pumping some of the time. Nice sesh though, launched from the hook of Lancing to get a clear shot off the beach in the onshores and it was fine. Got munched a few times and there was enough power in the swell to drag you right inside, leaving a tricky start run over the ends of the groynes. Swell was surprisingly chunky. Biggest peaks were firmly head high plus a bit. Whacked a load of decent backside rides and put in a bit of clew first stuff here and there.
